Why should I answer all of the questions?
Family court survey questions ask about your financial experiences.
Anxiety/stress questions reveal the level of stress you may experience.
By answering all questions, we could identify how finances impact a parent emotionally. In reporting the data, we could make statements like:
X% of parents with legal representation have less than 50% parenting time, spent X dollar amount, X time in court, and experienced X level of financial distress and depression.
X% of parents report false allegations and experienced more custody interference, resulting in X level of anxiety and depression impacting their daily living.
Scientific results validate the parental experiences.
Putting the data together will show a pattern of parental experiences and related court issues.
Why collect data?
