Title IV-D and Child Support introduces a trifold outlining Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. Six groups seeking legislative changes for equal shared parenting are represented.
Title IV-D and Child Support focuses on part D of the Social Security Act. Modifications to part D outline the process of child support collections. Notably, unsustainable directives create challenges for some parents.
Family court has evolved, deviating from the original intent. Research reveals both parents are vital to the emotional development of the child. We will work toward creating awareness and sharing legislative efforts seeking a 50-50 rebuttable presumption with clear and supporting evidence, in each state.
